Don't move here it's awful. Bad management, drugies, dead bodies, fires, scorpions, roaches and bedbugs. I pay $881 for a 2 bedroom and I regret it so much moving here.

Studios run around six hundred two bedrooms eight hundred. I don't know what three bedrooms run. Its all utilities paid. Down side is six months of the year when its hot as heck you have no air conditioning. Its awful. And its infested with scorpions and bed bugs. This is a place of last resort. If you can afford somewhere else I would do that.

Too much for the many problems within and the 2nd/3rd hand appliances in poor condition. Web site says as low as a six month lease. Forced into a years lease. Still waiting on Frig replacement!! It's all about the $$ here not the tenants. Neighborhood Services needs to be contacted by all tenants with unresolved issues. Not a care in the world for the comfort of their tenants!! I wouldn't even use it as a last resort. I wish I would have made it here b4 my son signed the lease then the post wouldn't be here!!! We'd be where someone appreciates the comfort of the tenant. It's sad to have to shake clothing b4 dressing bcuz of these scorpions. I can't wait to get out of here. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNTIL GREAT IMPROVEMENTS ARE MADE!!! 5/18/18-No running hot water nor notice to tenant as to why!

I would love to pay eight hundred Susan. I'm sure that I'm being over charged for the rental.

It was bad at first but they clean up alot and new managment. Its alit better from a year ago. The did alot of upgrading. Loojs alot better. Peopk and crew here are very nice and friendly. The $50 is the app fee which is normal. I paid $868 deposit but is refundable depending on if i break lease or if i owe any thing on final walkthrough moving out on expired lease.

Hey I have had nothing but issues. Not to mention my neighbor has had sewage drain her walls and the mold is terrible. The managements way of fixing the issue is to just put up drywall and leave the mold. Not to mention they cut into my wall and still haven’t fixed that issue. Save yourself don’t rent here.
