My experience with Falcone Crawl Space was terrible. After two days of work their foreman knocked on my door at 8:00 a.m. and demanded that I pay $800 more than our contract price. Then they sent an email demanding another $1,200. When I declined they pulled their workers from the job for 2 days. I disputed the deposit on my credit card and then they returned but failed to complete the job in a professional manner. To save money they only partially filled in the drain trenches with gravel leaving visible drain pipe in many sections. And instead of hauling away all the excavated dirt from the drain trenches they just piled it up all over the crawlspace even though they assured me it would be hauled away. After many complaints they finally return 2 weeks later with a small truck and two trash cans of gravel to fix a few areas but most of the crawl space still has low trenches with exposed pipe and all the piles of dirt remain. I am disputing the payment with my credit card company. Will never use them again.
