Food is good but service is extremely poor. The manager and another helping hand were busy making boxes while 2 servers struggled on the main floor. Poor management that led to poor customer service which led to poor experience hence not coming back. Since pizza is good and they do have Gluten free options, may order to go.

You can not get individual slices at Hawthorne's, you do have to buy a whole pie. But they have small individual size pizzas that is good for one person or two to share
