Absolutely the worse Chik Fil A in all the USA…and I’ve travelled many places. Multiple order mistakes, lines that never seem to move. There are fewer customers at this one but the wait is 3 times longer. By the time food is received…no longer even hot…and really sub par compared to quality of much busier, faster moving Chik Fil A’s. This needs either new management or new owners.

They should have a sign outside that says our staff takes sooooo long to take orders and make them that you will lose your job from sitting in our lines for 30 plus minutes.

It is definitely a popular location.

It's it normal policy to ask customers to walk across the drive thru traffic if they have a delivery order? That's what happened today and I feel like it's unsafe.
