Food was horrible, worst experience ever, told me reason the food took so long , was to make it fresh, when I got my order it was luke warm and not what I even ordered, went back for them to correct thier mistake only to get a luke warm butchered chicken sandwich. Love me some Jack in the box. Will not be returning to this location. Employees didn't seem to concerned that I was upset

Yes they offer both when staffed correctly. Drive thru is the constant every day.
