Waited 24-mins, flight crew said it’s always that long, by far the worst chicken I’ve ever had at one of their restaurants. It’s a shame they let HMS put their name on the store front. Chicken appeared undercooked. Fries were normal, but service was slow.

This is the worst Chik Fil A I've ever been to. The service is slow, the line is slow, and it's just misery going to this place. Unless you have a solid hour to wait in line, don't waste your time.
