Never any parking in uncovered spots there are so many un working cars being stored here and the office is doing nothing about it ive seen the same car in the same spot for 3 months and there Obviously not working on it cause they keep switching with other cars that dont work.i can honestly say this is what is ruining my experience here and i cannot wait to move. I dont pay 1800 in rent to fight over parking .

I am a new tenant at Morada Grande and had a great experience working with Gabby Garcia. She truly went above and beyond to help us get into a beautiful remodeled unit. We are thankful and excited to have a new home. Looking forward to a great year in this new community! The complex is quiet and clean. The full size washer and dryer in the units are great. We had no issues at all moving in.

I’ve been living here for 4 years since they were Cameron Apts. I can honestly say since they switched last year the place is looking waaaaaaaay better. The last people they had in the office were rude and hard to deal with. Since then then Sydney and Gabby have made things a lot easier and are very friendly. I even upgraded to a 3 bd which was something I was never able to do with the previous management. Excited to see what changes will be made next for sure!!!! Kudos to Greystar for for having great customer service and employees even the maintenance guys are cool.
