Beautiful and very spacious! Love my view! I can’t believe how much space and cabinets there are. The ladies in the leasing office were very warm and welcoming.

Terrible management- Zero stars if I could with Greystar/Maxwell. Did not renew our lease and moved out immediately. We cleaned the apartment according to Maxwell's guidelines (which they provided) and moved out on Nov 7th, 2021. Two Maxwell staff conducted an inspection with us present and passed us. They even said it was in exceptional condition unlike other apartments. We handed over the keys and left. One month later Greystar/Maxwell sent us a $320 bill for "wall paint, floor repair, and carpet cleaning". They stated they conducted an inspection on Nov 11th with a different staff , (which we were not present and after we moved out 4 days ago) and claimed the apt was "inadequately cleaned and damaged" and they had to fix it. At no point did they inform us about any issues nor did they give us any time to address them. They just did what they want and billed us. We confront them saying that they passed our inspection. Now Greystar stated that "any statements from our representative are subject to our correction, modification, or disapproval”. In other words, their represents can lie and change what they said and bill us for their problems. This is borderline fraud. Apparently this is not the first time. Two friends of mine lived in Maxwell, moved out, and got charged similar charges after they moved out. This is on top of all the other issues here. Save yourself the headache and live elsewhere. There is a huge lack of communication and poor customer service with Greystar/Maxwell.

We have been here for 4 months and have been extremely happy with our move! The apartment itself is beautifully designed and the amenities are wonderful. The front office staff has been very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team (Alex, Cruz and Travis) have been responsive and genuinely nice to talk to. I think they were short staffed for a bit but they still took care of what was needed. This place has become our home and I look forward to the time spent here.

Beautiful community! Super friendly and helpful staff! I was a mess trying to manage a move from out of state and quickly, and remotely, find a place to live.
