If I could give this apartment a 0 I would. This has been the worst apartment I EVER stayed at. The management there can care less about the tenents especially Lindsay. It's always roaches and i mean BIG ones and I have big stains on my ceiling in my bathroom from a flooding upstairs. There is trash and furniture everywhere, fireworks (which I hope is fireworks) at night, music blasting loud. If I seen this was rated 2.8 I would have never stayed

Tenants that live here have no consideration towards others that don't have to get up as early they do. They sound there cars alarms more than three times, the alarms also have a setting where the lights blink and no undo noise comes from the cars around this place.

If I could give a zero I would. I just moved in and day one I immediately thought this was the worst option I could’ve ever picked for an apartment. For one right when I open the door to my apartment closet door there was a roach that immediately came out. That was red flag number one red flag number two is when I walked around in my apartment I seen holes in a whole bunch of different areas where obviously leaves opportunity for roaches to just come in and out. Also when you look around the outside of the apartment and you look to the ceiling there’s spiderwebs everywhere there’s spiders on top of the roof they definitely do not take care of the complex at all there’s no maintenance that is done to ensure that there’s not going to be a Buggin test station problem. I am highly upset and highly disgusted this was the biggest mistake I could’ve ever made was moving here and I’m stuck into the contract until a year so I definitely would not recommend

can not wait for my lease to be done. You see a roach like every day, faucet is broken, still have not received new filters for the ac unit. Management is just horrendous and will not do anything about any of the issues in the complex. my unit flooded when I first moved in and they did nothing for compensation.

New owners now.theyre taking care of everything!!!🤗 including them roaches,i never had roaches though.You have to keep your apartment clean!!!

There is a washer and dryer in each home. We also offer on-site dry cleaning and laundry service.

Hey Carmen, I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with us. I don't see where you are a resident with us. We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our building and the upkeep. Yes it's included with your rent and yes you need renter's insurance
It's terrible roaches even if they come spray people are just dirty it doesn't help
