The apartment is BEAUTIFUL and I was able to move in without issue. It’s much quieter than my previous place, which is exciting because I need a space to work while teleworking. It’s also close to a few shops, which makes quick meals convenient. A major con is that they advertise ‘covered’ parking. Please know that is false. It is assigned ‘garage’ parking, meaning you are not guaranteed covered parking. I was not made aware of this until the day of move in, and of course, I am assigned an uncovered garage spot. My car is brand new with leather seats, so ouch for the rest of the summer. I’m working with the leasing office on a resolution but feel this was a completely avoidable situation (as in, I would’ve selected my living arrangement differently). Other than that, I am excited to begin my journey.

Update- we just got notice yesterday that Laurie, the manager is no longer with the company. She just got here 2 months ago so it looks like another staff change. The front entrance door has been out of service for months- that is just a call to a vendor. They don’t seem to want to pay to fix things. The hallway carpets never get cleaned. They are charging more than enough in rent to be able to hire vendors as well as security. ConAm doesn’t care about this property and it shows. Trashy area and the office staff has changed a million times, but it is now worse than ever. Just clueless and charging people ridiculous, unwarranted fees.

If you have a job that requires you to get up early in the morning don’t live here. Rude neighbors with blasting music and late night pool parties that you can hear the music bumping through windows and walls. Used to be quiet hour until 10pm but just found out its 12pm when the security hotline told me he couldn’t do anything about the loud music. To give some perspective there’s currently 40 people outside my window fighting and arguing after having a loud pool party. They’ve been arguing for 30 minutes with no change in sound and many getting in their cars intoxicated. The management doesn’t do anything about complaints so be sure to read other 1 star reviews from here before going on a tour

If I can, I would give 0 stars at this property. Since the move-in in June 2021, there are multiple changes in property management. Every time they change their management, the property fix requests get backed up. Don’t get me wrong, they are nice and quick but I can’t guarantee these people will be the same in the next few months. Whoever reads this to consider to live here, DON’T. You expect people in your neighborhood might be educated and have their guests to be as well. My water delivery at my door got stolen. (Someone opened the box and stole the two packs (12 bottles) of Fiji). The apartment doesn’t have a camera installed so they can’t proactively do anything. Another incident is break-in the car. Like many the other residents' claims, their car got broken into. Luckily(?), I get to spot this person before they break the window. I brought this issue to property management that I don’t feel safe to live in. The property manager just told me "why didn’t you report the police officer if you are that scared? If you want to move out because of that issue, bring the police report but you still may pay for the penalty because you didn’t finish your easing contract”. Why do I pay the penalty? I didn’t cause the insecure environment here at this property. I’m currently on a call for filing the police report. Will add some updates to this review.

Questions & Answers

Is this apartment monthly or weekly rentals? Do I have to sign a lease?

I live here. They are a corporate lending place and very formal. So monthly with a year lease for the most part. But I would call them and ask. They are super friendly

To anyone in the JFK floor plan, about how much are utilities (water/trash/sewer) per month?
