I have lived here with my family nearly a year. The leasing and maintenance staff are outstanding, friendly, helpful, responsive people that genuinely want to help and do a excellent job. The amenities are great and the place is kept clean and well. Great gym, pools and playgrounds. Also, really close to Safeway, Sprouts, Fry’s, school and a few other places that makes it convenient. But for us the best part is a good happy and friendly staff because good people will do their best to make your living comfortable. The entire staff at Vaseo are outstanding Patricia, Brian and the rest.

We love living here. It's beautiful and we have made many friends with the members of the community. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Maintenance is quick and efficient. There is everything you need close and convenient.

I really come to love this place. We had just moved in before summer we live on 3rd floor but it's so cozy we have a lot of Privacy. If I could think of one thing they could invest more would be security locks in the home just cause we live in a very public area. With the retail stores around the street and everything around the corner I come to really love this place. 😀

I gave 3 stars because while the apartments themselves are great, the amenities are great, and the location is great… the office staff apparently does not know how to answer the phones nor do they respond to email tour requests. I have a friend who lived here for a while and I have been wanting to move in myself because I love these apartments… but for the last TWO YEARS doesn’t matter what time of day or what day of the week I call… I get no answer and nobody ever calls back…. It’s really disappointing when you’re just trying to give a place your money and they could care less.

They don't care about anything you have, they do not care about the roaches in your apartment, they do not care about the electricity problem that you are having, these are all things that have happened to me while I have stayed in Vaseo apartments within only a few months.
It's not bad. We got a months rent reduced throughout the whole 12 months. A lil bit gets taken out each month. It's about $910-$930 including water/sewer/trash and you are required to pay for cable even though I never use It. But you get free internet, make sure you get a good router. I bought a gateway which Is a modem+router all In one with up to 5G speeds. Many people complain about internet speeds but I think that has to do with them buying cheap routers/modems. Electricity Is about $112 right now In May.
As far as I know they provide some assistance acording to your income. You fill out a form to see if you qualify when doing lease.
That might be it bro cause there are 244 apartments out of the 1222 there that can be designated as reduced rate. Vaseo used to always have some available but right now in Nov 2020 their reduced rate are full up.
Who/what is a Fallon? Best idea is to call the Leasing Office & ask.
With the way things are done there I don't think even the office staff knows.
I haven't came across roaches but rat on my patio.
244 of the 1222 apartments can be rented according to income, but now Nov 2020 the lady in the office said they was full up. You can't make more than their guidelines, but you also have to make a minimum to qualify. They aren't doing wailtlist no more either and you have to go in to the office to fill out the application no more doing it online. So you should call or stop by.
They have a couple different floor plans, and a few different price brackets it's worth going in and picking up a packet from the front office!
There is one floorplan of 2 bed/1 bath that is approx 900 as feet. And there are three different floor plans that have 2 bed/2 bath that are approx 1000 square feet available at Vaseo.
