How does the program for apartments for rent according to income works?

As far as I know they provide some assistance acording to your income. You fill out a form to see if you qualify when doing lease.

They have a chart which is a guide to how much income you are allowed to make based on your family size in order to qualify for the reduced rent. You also have to make a certain amount to qualify too. So you can't make too much & you can't make too little. And only 244 apartments out of the 1222 apartments at Vaseo can be reduced rent. I was told that in Nov 2020 there are no reduced ones available and they do not do no wait list no more.
