I have lived here since January this year and since move in we have had our AC leaking. When we put in requests for maintenance we either get the "fix" a week or so after or we get no response whatsoever and our request gets marked as complete. We have sent mutiple emails and called the office but we have never received a response back. Just this week we had thought we were finally getting a resolution with the expectation that an ac repair person would be coming out but no just one of the maintenance crew to empty the drip pan and 2 hours after leaving we have the leak on going again and again we are being ignored. Renters beware this complex could care less for the issues that are going on with the apartments.

Renter BEWARE: Predatory Management... plan on paying ridiculous charges every month $100-200 extra. This apartment complex is run by true slimeball slumlords. All the 5 star ratings below are FAKE... notice how all the reviews have the same thing in common & praise "Nikki" and other office staff - All fake made up by friends to cover up all the bad reviews they keep getting. This place is a dump

DO NOT GIVE THE POINTE YOUR DEPOSIT!!!!! So glad I never moved in!!! It has been almost 2 months since I put in my application and $200.00 security deposit. I have spoke multiple times to the office, they contacted the GM in California which reached out to me and said " We found the issue and are so sorry, we are sending the check expediated" that was almost a month ago! I am a disabled veteran and single father and explained my circumstance. This place is nothing but preditory. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

The only good thing about these apartments was the location. Other than that, the staff was very unhelpful and unwilling to solve specific issues. They were also very hard to get in touch with (sometimes weeks to even reply back.) Also, our security deposit was not returned. We had paid everything before we left the complex and then still billed us for charges that weren't even explained to us. The people there are very uncooperative and unwilling to help a person out.
