Please sell this back to Suddenlink, I've had more issues since the change than I had in the previous 5 years, this is horrible and I'm looking for a new internet provider.

Don't let the name change fool you it's still at Suddenlink service and it's horrible, been with out services going on 3 days with no ETA for repairs and then the representative hangs up on me. We will be streaming tomorrow with a new company.

I also have a horrible connection. I have tried to fight it with the company, but they keep telling me there is nothing wrong. This is a horrible company, and I have been lied to, and received horrible service for far too long. Unfortunately I am in a development that only accepts suddenlink. I say, if you are able to, get out while you can.
This is BY FAR the WORST company or service "provider" on the books!!!

Horrible customer service, we have had service a year n half . Always had problems. We thoughtit was outages. But now that we hardly get service due to a problem onthe pole we know that because we called out a guy to fix it he found that it was that. Ok now that we know we been tryingto get someone out to fix that problem we scheduled it they keep scheduling now makes the 5th time they keepdoing this and its gotten to where we are not getting service..we are almost tothe point of giving up on them. But hey goodnews is they want a payment by oct 31, and yet we get no Internet. And we pay 120.00 a month. Next step we are going to try im going into there office, hopefully this helps because calling them dose no good. And we have decided we are not going to pay till they fix it

It takes an act of Congress to get credit. I have been having issues for months, techs out many times, and still having problems. No credit till "resolved"

There is a QR code on a plackard to the left of the door. Scan it, follow link, that puts you in line. Other waiting customers helped me figure it out. Well organized, felt safe as possible, wait time wasn't long. Good luck!
All of their call centers are overseas subcontractors with no investment in helping the customers. It creates a severe disconnect between us and the company. They just want our $.
If you need another box, you'll have to go to a physical location. However, depending on your package you should be able to stream the cable to additional TVs. Regardless, call their tech support and they'll walk you through your options.
When getting a technician into your home, be very specific and firm. Otherwise, they'll send out the wrong specialist and try to overcharge you.

Nope. They offer/honor VERY Few discounts of any kind. But they do have occasional promo deals that are decent for limited time savings.
You can't stop them, but you can block them. Maximum of 10 numbers can be blocked. Visit Suddenlink website for instructions.

I do not work for Suddenlink, however I can tell you they have an automated system that can reset your services if you contact them via phone. (Technical ) . You will need to contact the Company. Here is one of their numbers... 1-877-305-7320
Always call 811 before you dig. All utilities will come and mark where they run on your property.

Programming changes every so often, especially when certain channels start costing more or aren't being watched by most of the customers, cable providers drop those channels and add more cost effective channels.
For the past 3months it has been horrid. Local channels included. I was told back when there was a hard outage. After 6-7 calls I was told they indeed we're experiencing an outage and would text AND call when it was over. I asked if there would be an adjustment to our bill. The rep said when outage was out we would get an adjustment. I called two weeks later and was still having horrible service. Our service is better but have yet to receive a text or call saying the problem was fixed and we would get an adjustment. Suddenlink sucks and Internet speeds are a laugh. Consolidated is worse. My relative has it and they say the same. No STARS out 5.
