Verizon network is garbage in Conroe area and after multiple calls to customer service no signs of improvement.

Best Verizon location I ever did business with since my first phone in 2003 with Verizon. My parents worked for AT&T back in 80s and 90s. So they know Best which is best company. This location has Best customer service and easiest way to transfer your old to new phones and will help you anyway they can. Thanks. Also Apple isn't the best product. Had galaxy since the S4 and now got the S22. Never had any issues. Had best signals In the woods and my android 4G tablet worked perfectly. Verizon has more issues with Apple products then Androids and Microsoft products. So try switching to a Android before you switch your provider.

I have the same issue. I hate Verizon. But they are still the best signal in the whole area. But their stores suck! They are always backed up. 1 star

Yes they are. But I think they're only allowing 1 or 2 customers in at a time right now but they are open.
They're open, however they may have you go thru the insurance to get a screen fixed. There's a place across the street next to Starbucks that also repairs screens.
