Ramon is super nice and very knowledgeable and has been helpful on many occasions regarding various topics. My wife and I consistently use this Verizon store and Ramon specifically because of how great the customer service is.

Asked about home internet and my address indicated not available. Employee said it would work in my area but it does not. Took five trips back to store for equipment return. Now I have received 3 emails from Verizon to return equipment or be charged $200. Three weeks later still trying to get resolved. Stay far away from this store! Employees do not care if they cause you misery!
