We were very happy with the care we received from Champlain Medical Clinic. We needed to get back to Canada for an emergency. I had called the clinic on Saturday, left a message with our situation. Within an hour or so Beth called and shared that we can come in anytime to get our rapid Covid test done.Thank you Beth for your kindness. It made 1 less thing to worry about while we drove home. A very special THANK YOU to the entire group at the Champlain Medical Urgent Care Facility. My Daughter and I are Canadian and were “stranded” over the holidays because no PCR Testing appointments were available anywhere within 5 days (plus waiting for results)- We needed to get back home to my son and very sick elderly father - We would have been stuck at the border for another week if it wasn’t for the kindness of Beth and the great people there that recognized just how important it was for us to get home. Because of her thoughtfulness we were able to get home and spend holiday time with my dad in likely his last few weeks with us. I can’t say enough about how much one kind gesture helped my family. They help people everyday and I wanted to be sure to recognize them for the impact they had on us. Thank you so much for caring.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience here. I recently moved to Vermont and needed someone to look at a wound on my ankle that wasn't healing well. I was worried and anxious as I didn't have a doctor yet, wasn't sure where to go, and was in the middle of moving into my apartment. The team was beyond kind, professional, and efficient. Lianna took extra care to inspect what was going on, test for more serious concerns, and show me how to properly dress the wound. They made a very stressful situation so easy and showed such empathy. I would 100% recommend visiting their office!
