I don’t think you can call it “Urgent Care” when the hours are 7am-4pm and treatment for “flu and cold symptoms” are refused. This makes me question both the organization and also the medical staff’s abilities. Trying to avoid Covid-19 doesn’t help the health of your business or community at all.

Protocol. Long time in waiting room and significant Paperwork to fill out for drug test. Usually a very quick and efficient process, turned ugly.

The front desk nurse that attended me was really rude and unprofessional, and the other nurse that got off the phone with a patient hung up and said remarks that were unprofessional as well. It’s horrible to see this specially when the logo or key motto for healthcare workers is patient first and Safty. If you have remarks keep them to yourself and don’t say it loud that everyone can hear you because this just makes me feel as if that facility didn’t care

The receptionist held onto my ID despite handing me all my other paperwork back. I noticed about an hour later when I needed it, so I called them to see if they had it (which they did). I ride over there and grab it and tell the lady that she should really start double checking, as people's ID cards aren't something that should be taken lightly. Her response "Yeah ok we all have our own ID we don't need yours". I never insinuated she wanted my ID, I simply gave my feedback which was met with a childish and snarky comment.
