I would take your vehicle to the Toyota dealership in Spring. It might be a little further from you but they have significantly better customer service. Just giving you a heads up.

Good Afternoon. So I work at Gullo Toyota Collision Center. Though i would love to advise you to come by our dealership, I spoke with one of my parts associates and without having a Vin# for the vehicle, we think we found the part but also found that we don't carry it at the moment. It's also a little over a thousand dollars for the part itself (also not sure how long it would take to get) . We would recommend going the aftermarket route, by checking out O'Reilly Auto Parts or Auto zone (Local) due to your needing it as soon as possible. Maybe even checking out at a website called RockAuto.com. Sorry we couldn't be more help for your time frame.

I don't know. But I wouldn't get one there . I have found that you can't trust them. I bought a truck from them and was promised a set of floor mats by a liar named moses. Needless to say I never received my mats. It has been 6 months.
Usually it is all out of pocket. Most dealership charge 89.95 or so to diagnose a vehicle which goes towards the repairs if approved.
