I have used this location on several occasions. Shannon, who works at the shop, is a gem. She is personable, sharp with solving problems and is very helpful. I have seen her with a number of older clients and she has such patience with them. She is such an asset to the store. During the covid crisis she wiped down the countertop after each client to disinfect. It was an added level of care that is a wonderful touch. Great hire AT&T Eagle Vail!

Not sure what kind of person is running that store, but Susan needs to get the boot. Or a major attitude check.... if you hate your job so much, find a new one.
