It takes an act of Congress to get credit. I have been having issues for months, techs out many times, and still having problems. No credit till "resolved"
I have had trouble at my place... it took them almost 3 months and 4 visits to mainly resolve. I now have 700' of cable just below the drip line along my roof that is not connected to anything, that they installed. After much effort on my part, I did receive a token credit... I finally said in Oct '17 I will keep them as an Internet provider... as cable is the fastest... I have switched to Direct TV and I never been happier. Also, keep in mind, that putting up a decent digital antennae... you may be surprised at how many channels are there... they even have a box you can rent for premium channels... good luck!

No they won't give u credit back even if is their screw up!
