I love this place. It's the only place I see movies anymore. The seats are comfy. I always get the "D-box". They give you Complimentary popcorn as well as a blanket. They will bring your food and drinks right to your seat

They have a bunch of new servers and it doesn't seem like they are fully trained. One of the servers have someone else my pizza. I asked about my pizza three times and was told it was still being made. My drink refill back back without any ice, so my sweet tea was hot. The servers don't know the seats rows or numbering system yet.

Best I can say is that it’s clean . But my movie experience was terrible . I understand the servers have to do their job but they didn’t Whisper lol !! The worst part is I couldn’t hear my movie at all. Due to the other two movie in both sides theaters I couldn’t tell what sounds were from my actual movie !!! It was so bad that I decided to tell the staff and they said they would help but literally after I told it seem like it got worst lol. . Needless to say . Not that anyone cares lol but I won’t be back to this one .

Clean and the seats were comfortable. Service was blah and they were out of several items. Also when using cash which apparently is unheard of these days they don't understand that concept of change and correct change at that

Depends on which seats you pick and what time of day you go.. Matinee, weekend rate, premium seats, etc..
Hi Phyllis! You can find our menu here :) https://www.starcinemagrill.net/menu-conroe
Unfortunately, we were not able to get that movie at our Conroe location.
Hi Yessirski NCCA! Candy is $5.50
We are unable to answer this question. The movie studios control DVD distribution.
Yes, give them a call.
You can find all the movies we are currently showing, including those for children, on our website at starcinemagrill.net. Please note that we strictly enforce our children's policy, which states that children under the age of 3 are not allowed in any program (except our Bright Stars shows on Wednesdays and Saturday mornings), children ages 3 to 5 They are only allowed in films with G-rating and selection PG movies and anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times in the theater.
Unfortunately, we're not able to bring any of them back this year.
We serve popcorn, candy and other theater favorites along with our full menu of restaurant food. You can see our full menu on our website at https://www.starcinemagrill.net/menu-conroe
The showtimes listed are the for the start of the full program which includes the trailers, special announcements and then the feature presentation. We recommend that people arrive 30 minutes early so that you can have time to look at the full menu, make your selections and place your order before the showtime. That way you aren't trying to read the menu in the dark, but rather you can already be enjoying your food and drinks.
Yes, absolutely. We host private events regularly. Please call the theater to get details on availability and package options.

Only 2 rows of premium seats per auditorium.
Child tickets are for guests ages 3-10. Senior tickets are for guests 60+.
Hi James. Thanks for reaching out to us on this matter. Our policy is that we don't allow anyone under the age of 18 in the theater without a parent or legal guardian. This is true regardless of the rating of the movie, and it has nothing to due with us serving alcohol as others have mentioned. We're sorry that this means that you can't be our guest on your own for a few more months, but we hope that you will come back once you turn 18. We know that this isn't exactly what you want to hear, but it has been our policy from the start of our company to help ensure the greatest movie going experience for all of our guests,
There is more than just one movie showing you will have to go on their website for full information.
Yes, and very spacious seating. They do have recliners, but they are limited. There are about 4 to 6 of them in the middle section, on a first come, first served basis.
Before numbers were added (PG-13, PG-17, etc.) it was just PG meaning parental guidance. And I can remember being turned away from a PG movie. But I believe the theatre can be fined if they are caught selling a ticket to a custoner who is underage. It may seem silly, but you would only pay the price of a movie ticket. The theatre's representative would be faced with a much higher price to pay.
