Horrible customer service, we have had service a year n half . Always had problems. We thoughtit was outages. But now that we hardly get service due to a problem onthe pole we know that because we called out a guy to fix it he found that it was that. Ok now that we know we been tryingto get someone out to fix that problem we scheduled it they keep scheduling now makes the 5th time they keepdoing this and its gotten to where we are not getting service..we are almost tothe point of giving up on them. But hey goodnews is they want a payment by oct 31, and yet we get no Internet. And we pay 120.00 a month. Next step we are going to try im going into there office, hopefully this helps because calling them dose no good. And we have decided we are not going to pay till they fix it
Please dont do that to yourself, just read the reviews. They are still trying to charge me full price on a closed account and i dont even live in their coverage area anymore. Windstream has much better service, customer service, pricing and a similar coverage area if they are ever an option for you.

I'm pretty sure Suddenlink goes out everywhere in Conroe I'm not sure but just call customer service on 3rd Street they will go out there I don't know what party coming with you live in Colorado oh yeah they should go out that way just call them they're pretty good
