ABSOLUTELY NO!!!!! SUDDENLINK IS THE WORST! I have no other choice in my apartment, hence I use them, if I had my way, NEVER! Their phone service is absolute rubbish, if you don't have patience, don't call. It should be scrapped and redone. Going into their office is annoying because of long lines. They are also expensive and provide erratic services. I got rid of their cable, stuck with their internet but looking for a way to get rid of that soon.
