I do not work for Suddenlink, however I can tell you they have an automated system that can reset your services if you contact them via phone. (Technical ) . You will need to contact the Company. Here is one of their numbers... 1-877-305-7320
This is a community Q&A forum. You may want to call the Suddenlink office. Their main number is (877) 794-2724. Or you could log on to the website of the manufacturer/brand of your router (Netgear, Asis, etc.) and explore their device troubleshooting helps.
On occasion my internet has done the same thing and they had me unplug then wait 10 seconds and plug back in. It takes a few minutes for the router to reload. This usually works.
