Why doesn't suddenlink answer their phone You have the worst service and you charge way to much
How often do you have difficulties contacting tech support?
Does anyone know who we can reach out to at Suddenlink to get a service call? They have not shown up after 3 appointments and about 6 hours of hold time.
Why is the cable tv and WiFi connection so bad? This is horrible.
Why is this sad, non productive cable company still allowed in Conroe? If you are getting SuddenLink, DON'T. THEY ARE AWFUL. WASTE OF MONEY AND YOU CAN'T WATCH TV WITHOUT STATIC!
We asked suddenlink to come replace our cable box we were not very surprised when they did not show up we had the appointment between 12:00-2:00 and it was already 3:00 we were pretty disappointed and then they said they were coming at 5:00
If I am on Dish and still have time on my contract can Suddenlink get me out of the contract so I can get TV with Suddenlink? I already have Suddenlink internet.
