We asked suddenlink to come replace our cable box we were not very surprised when they did not show up we had the appointment between 12:00-2:00 and it was already 3:00 we were pretty disappointed and then they said they were coming at 5:00

When you have a problem and have to call customer service. There's no answer for days. The home office have a line out the door for that same reason of not being able to speak with someone .🤔
