I also have a horrible connection. I have tried to fight it with the company, but they keep telling me there is nothing wrong. This is a horrible company, and I have been lied to, and received horrible service for far too long. Unfortunately I am in a development that only accepts suddenlink. I say, if you are able to, get out while you can.
Suddenlink are too horrible everywhere and everytime
Ours is good. Has trouble sometimes after it rains for some reason. Call them and have a tech come out if it's not working right. They fix ours when we do that. We have been with them since 2006.
