Yesterday I filled up gas there, and chose the option for the $10 carwash around back. The receipt machine didn’t have paper so I had to go inside to get the receipt. I pulled around back and discovered the $10 carwash I paid for with my gas is $3 cheaper for $7 if I paid there. And the carwash was closed Out of Order. The clerk said he has no idea when it’ll be fixed and claimed the carwash price discrepancy is a glitch (that he wasn’t willing to provide $3 back for). My opinion is that if the carwash isn’t available then don’t provide the option on the gaspumps, and also don’t hike up the price $3 at the pump. Most customers are used to paying a discounted carwash fee if they buy fuel at the same time. You need better customer service and management
