Stefanee Prawalsky. If I could give you more stars I would. Your demeanor, experience, and resources. Gave me a sense of hope. Now I have a better quality of life. Namaste

This place is horrible. They never answered the phone was on hold over 30mins when told it would be only 10min wait. I guess it's the government.
Catrina Johnson
Very clean, good staff and was not overcrowded

Obviously this person went through some ordeal, and those are his feelings about his experience. Who are you to judge, or diminish his experience? Sounds like you just might be one of those so called social workers who can’t seem to do their job, or give a damn while doing it.
Social services Catholic charities Lutheran social services but for most you need a Las Vegas id
You cant have any income for the month, have id and ss card rental agreement they will give up to $400 for 3 months in a row as long as you are job hunting you also can apply for snap food assistance here with no income you can walkin anytime before 2pm and get seen or they will schedual an appointment.
God Bless You Honey! Let me know what you did? It's hard now, more than ever! Need help
It's closed but you can handle everything online i downloaded the application filled out out faxed it back and received my rental assistance within 4 days they are awesome
Nevada help center on Flamingo Road help me with my situation
I need rent assistance
Not sure, but I think that's Metro Police on MLK Blvd & Alta.
I believe so. The application is online.
No you need to go to a division of welfare office. You can also apply online
I would say proof of work history(recent) past due notice from landlord if any like eviction, etc.etc.proof of residence like gas bill electric bill.copy of lease all of those things and whatever else to prove your urgency hope that helps ,all else fails try catholic church.they help sometime.
In the past I believe they have. Its a one time payment. Also, either way just make sure you have all the required paper work, ID`s and such. Be prepared to wait. It is usually crowded so try to get there right when they open.
Yes they do once a year I believe its im the $400 range if you meet their critetia. Give them a call and they will let you know. I do know that if you receive cash benefits they won't help. There is one on MLK and Carey however if you google them you can find one in whatever area you're in
Talking To A Social Worker There & Also Contacting Medicaid For The State Of Nevada. God Bless🙏
Bank of America on rancho and Charleston across street from Smiths that's where I cashed mine...... Let me know what happened with another question
Thanks for the answers...Bank of America on Charleston and Rancho cashes Social Service checks
I was told about this while in jail recently..I don't have a parole officer
Neveda id- SSI#- 3day notice- Rental Agreement or Lease. Proff of income or NO income , print out from unemployment. You go Monday. They give you paper to come back friday, to see a worker with your documents. Worker meets with you make sure you got above documents. Get your 400$ check same day Friday. You can only get this once a year if able bodied. 3 times a year if disabled.
Phone lines are open at 8 Usually doors open at 9 unless appointments are scheduled
Clark County Social Services.
You may not be able to update any information on it until it gets assigned to a caseworker
Yes they do and sometimes 500
Different people...different situations...and I give all praise to God...
Call and Let rtc Nevada know about your situation.
Unless the case manager gives you their direct email, there is none. Applications are generally done at the office. You could try filling out the pre-qualifications form on the Access Nevada website. Perhaps that would help.
I really dont know just go down there it's really not a long wait
They have many types of program just have 2 kno what 2 tell them & hopefully it some1 that has the time of day to listen but yeah they should def.. Have somethin to help you try the by umc pediatrics off of bananza sorry i dont remember the cross street
400.00 But you basically have to be homeless or have an eviction notice to get that
A letter from social security should work...ask for Jordan Lesko
It's a hassle
Medicaid is federal, that's not a problem
You can. But going to the welfare office is better. Medicaid itself doesn't have housing programs. That would be HUD or the Southern Nevada housing authority.
Yes, transportation assistance is available.
Ok how are you doing
First your husband has to apply for unemployment. Bring proof it is pending. They also handle medical cases too. I have been to the one on Pinto Lane and Las Vegas Blvd @ corner of Owens. Go in early to get appointment. You will need id, rent receipts, rental lease, utility bills, medical bills, proof of income, termination paper, medical papers for children and there id, social security cards for all. If you need food the one on Las Vegas Blvd No. has a food pantry. Good luck to you and your family. Remember God is in charge. God bless you and your family.
They will set you up with the right referrals to get what you need
It's recommended to apply in person, this way you can express your eminent need of the resources they offer. It would be helpful to have your necessary personal information so it speeds up the process and you get to see a case manager. Documents should be any government issued Identification as well as lease agreement or info for what ever help you are in need of. Hope this helps!!👍🏾👍🏾🙂
When you go for your appointment, it takes about an hour. Maybe a little more if they have to verify stuff.
Social services will do what ever they can to help you. Please call or visit the offices throughout the Valley locations. Let them know your situation and they will let you know.
Nope
Yes you can, Identification that is issued by DMV is valid being that it is a State level Government Agency, your ID should have an official seal.
Yes as long as you have no income a rental agreement picture ID and social security card and if you're applying for the family one you can only do it one time you have to have all your kids birth certificates and social security cards you can be saying that day you'll have to wait or they can schedule an appointment to come back
Bright and early is best
Think that you need your I'd
I think they do better than a month. Certainly you'll get 1 voucher. Be very certain to use as intended and get receipts, etc., If you want to apply for one in the following month. Good luck, Mathew. Storms don't last forever.
for your birth certificate you need to contact the county you were born in and it will be the county records office.. if you were born in another country you have to contact your consulate.. for your social security number you contact the social security office closest to you.. your going to need your birth certificate.. if you go to my profile and look at my reviews you will find a company that will help you get an ID finacially.. can't remeber their name off the top of my head.. its not H.E.L.P though
How much do they give and how long will it take?
You can likely get a rental voucher. Go there to get info. It's a process, but they will help. Good luck.
If you were born in Nevada you can go down to the health department and get the original copy but they will charge you for it though.
Pay stub where you last worked..they gonna call the job to verify...SS card birth certificates, shot records. Phone numbers where your staying. Rent receipt...Are you able to get TANF? they gonna ask that first
1600 Pinto lane is the best and quickest place to get it done
Smith's customer service
