We stopped the contract with them, moved to another state. We paid the post-payment bill, they said that the payment was not made, and added us a Fee of $30. We have paid the bill again and the payment Fee, they write that the payment has not been made again and again you have a fee. They refer to the fact that my bank returns the payment. Scammers !!! Scammers !!! Scammers !!!

Horrible abuse of customers. Jacking up meters to spin like tops every little while. Causing impossible bills Fluctuations and surges damage ventilators and fpl says too bad . fixing meters to go sky high even when not using ac at home. Evil and corruption needs to be shut down. we must stop this death plan. Worse than anythING ever

I haven’t not received my April monthly service bill as of today, April 8th, and since it is normally always on time, I have been trying to reach someone in the Customer Service Dept to N/A. . What is goin on?
