Obviously this person went through some ordeal, and those are his feelings about his experience. Who are you to judge, or diminish his experience? Sounds like you just might be one of those so called social workers who can’t seem to do their job, or give a damn while doing it.
Ok. I am waiting for a rental assistance from Nevada state, so called CHAP program. Only 11 0 /0 of the funds are used till now in my knowing. I told and showed my landlord, that I have a pending application and still I received 24 hours eviction notice. I went to legal help service senter and filed an motion and the court granted me to stay (delay)up to 10 days. The motion was filed yesterday on ost 28,the same day when I received the eviction notice, Wich was dated on 25 of October. Me question is. From Wich date they will count the 10 days delay and what to expect next.? I am retired, with fixed income, but Covid,_19 affected me, because my son became unemployed and he was helping me with the rent. On the application there is my name as a parent. I gave a copy to the landlord. What is next step? I tried to negotiate and paid my rent partially
