I am a senior and I need legal advise re dental implant that never fit ...it's been a long time because I get so disheartened and cowardly to assert my right as a consumer...I had this done when I was able to save some money but we are now in dire straits financially and I feel so intimidated when I would bring it up with the clinic and now, they want me to pay for a reline....what is my right? I paid $6000.00 and it never fit....please help!

I have the same question. I matter how many times I asked for a help from Help org. on Flamingo, they never have money . I have been told to go early on Mondays, it still didn't work. Maybe Catholic charity will help, or aging and disability services, not only with a food (unperishibale)but no money, honey. We are third class. Wealthy people could throw sometimes a bone, but not often and SSI is just enough to keep you to not die from hunger and on the streets. Duh!
