Same issue everyone else is having. I received my benefits, but not back pay for April 2021. I am not getting funds weekly and when I go on the site, ID.ME cannot verify me. I’ve called for weeks and NO response. I am going to send them a letter.

I filed just like everyone else when this pandemic hit. Was denied regular benefits, did not work there long enough. I was a Lyft driver prior to getting an office job and was told to file for PUA. I just received a disqualification letter stating they could not identify me, which I did the IDme request last month. The email was sent at 1 am, and all of the determination letters just showed up in my messages from August that I qualified!! WTH is going on? I have called continually, now all circuits are busy?? What did they do, take all the phones offline? What a joke!!

No it doesnt. They told us that there is no physical location that can help with that that ypu have to keep calling the phone number
http://ui.nv.gov/css.html You have to register first to get a password and username then you will be able to start your claim then once approve. You can start filing your weekly claims. It will say it on your home page. I hope this helps
Yes. Open a federal claim online at ui.nv.gov. they can only be opened on the phone or online. There are no walk in offices.
