I'm trying to cash this clark county social service check...i went to Smiths, I went to fremont experience casinos, I went to rapid cash check cashing none of these places will cash it..rapid said it was too late to call Social service to verify and Tomorrow is Saturday, my rent due..anybody know a place that would?
