Not really they make you jump through hoops and your end up waiting for hours and even if you're lucky you'll come across someone that would genuinely help

Yes, they help only a certain portion. They provide 3 months of assistance and then if you're continuing, there is other requirements. They denied me further assistance after 3 months because I was applying for disability.
