I am new to Las Vegas, 57 years of age and disabled with a spine injury. I went to Nevada DMV and applied for a Nevada ID card today. As I need rent Assistance can I use the Interim Document from DMV as identification?

Yes you can, Identification that is issued by DMV is valid being that it is a State level Government Agency, your ID should have an official seal.
