I think the aquarium is large enough to be worth the price. There are multiple interactive exhibits. You can pay for extra things, but I think just the basic ticket was a satisfying experience. There were multiple large glass areas to view the animals. They also have two tigers which were fun to see! Don't go during peak hours because it can be rather crowded. Definitely great for children but adults will enjoy it too.

Very awesome. Me and my friends had a good time, their baby too! Lots of cool species to look at and it honestly was not that crowded. We got to pet and feed the manta rays and that was awesome! They also have some cool items in the gift shop and while spendy totally worth to have a souvenir

Pretty nice aquarium in downtown Denver. Not quite on par with the Shedd in Chicago but definitely worth a visit if you're in town and have the time. They have pretty much all the usual aquarium exhibits with a few extras spread in. It took us about an hour to an hour and a half to get through the whole thing. So if you have kids in tow like I did it's not horribly long and painless. They also have a very nice restaurant attached and if you plan on dining in you may want to get a reservation. We did not and had to spend 30 minutes and probably $30 wandering around the gift shop by the restaurant. I recommend the gator bites as an appetizer, my daughter and niece not only found them delicious but had a neat story to come back and tell there friends. Overall it's a very nice experience and well worth the attention.

I have been to a few aquariums and I did really like this one. The place is very well kept and the tanks were clean. The place was a good size and it didn’t feel rushed when people were behind you. The exhibit where it showed you what it would be like in a flood was cool just stand back or you will get wet. You can see the otters up close swimming. The did have a tiger exhibit which I wished they were at the zoo with more space to roam. Really nice experience with the shark tanks. Would definitely recommend to come here.
Parking at the Downtown Aquarium is $7. Tickets are $17.99 for adults 12-64, $16.99for those 65 and older, $11.99 for kids 3-11 and free for kids 2 and younger. Carousel, train and theater tickets are extra.
The Aquarium is an indoor attraction. You can walk through and observe the ocean life through glass, interact with the staff to learn about creatures from the water, and feed sting rays! It's a step above an amusement park!
To my knowledge the wrist band is the pass for the day. We went out and saw a Serval that they have (no exibit for it though) being walked, and then returned after.
2 hrs for a good visit... and that's taking your time to enjoy it... you can get through it faster... but why???? You paid for it... take your time and enjoy it!!!!!!!
If you're afraid of COVID? Just don't go. If you are there to have fun? Go knowing even though there are 15min time slots, there is no time for anyone to be out by. It's an aquarium, not a doctor's visit.
How to use the Groupon when you need to reschedule your visit for the aquarium and restaurant. I've tried calling multiple times and can't get a hold of anyone
That would be the restaurant only as me and my wife and kids drove over 1 and half hours to be greeted by a employee sweeping out side said its closed except restaurant when i told him google said you were open he said no and said only restaurant was
10 am is open and tickets Range depending on age. And activities. Anywhere from 17 dollars to 24 dollars for admission and then other activities are more. The website shows the prices for that. If you buy your tickets online you have 30 days to use them. The website also answers questions about policies as well. Have a blast. I went with my family and it was jaw dropping gorgeous
Good day, please inform me if the Denver aquarium is open in winter, the first week of March, what is the schedule and cost of tickets?
Thank you,

No didnt see any myself either . And omg we spent forever in the gift shop with my 2 yr old wanting everything. Prices are kinda high like at any other family attraction!
They also have a city pass deal that you can look in into where you get 3 museums and bus fare for I think like 200 that's a really good deal if you're taking multiple people. My family of 6 went last week to the aquarium children's museum and nature and science museum. I think they have bigger package options too
Yes, there is a small one with starfish and stuff near the tiger exhibit and then at the end there is a big pool where you can feed and touch stingrays

If she enjoys sea life, I think it would be fun! The only problem I can think of is that after you browse all the sea life there is not much else to do, and it can be very busy at times. You may call and see when the best times are to go.
You should go to you local ITR and purchase them there, that way they are tax free. That is the best deal. For the most part you can get them for $15.50 per adult.
Hi there, I wanted to buy one ticket for shark cage and it doesn't work so I tried one more time and I paid for 2 tickets, how can I have my money back for one?

Depending on how you booked the tickets you may not be able to get a refund "read the fine print". Best thing You would have to talk with the ticketing / booking agent for refund.
It's a little hard to help with little info on how you purchased the tickets. If your willing to share more info I'm sure someone is willing to help! 😀

Regular Standard is 20.99 for the Aquarium. The next one with the 4D experience is 25.99 and then the others go up to 30. So, in all likelihood you will spend 40-50.
If you are a certified scuba diver you can scuba dive with the sharks. If you are not scuba certified, you can do the shark cage. The Downtown Aquarium works with A1 Scuba and that is how you can get inside the exhibits. I have done it, and it is worth every single dollar you spend!
No aquarium in the USA has a great white shark. They can swim hundreds of miles a day and will eat seals, sea lions, dolphins, and small whales. That is a food source that no aquarium could get in on a regular basis to feed this amazing predator.
Watch the elevator it takes a while and then the doors will open and close quickly. It wouldn't hurt to hold the door open button and using your arm to make sure the door doesn't try to close on the wheelchair. Nothing dangerous but can be frustrating.
