Can we cancel our reservation and get a refund? How do we cancel? The mail box is full at the Aquarium

Have you called and talked to a live person ? Sometimes thats best.

They send you a confirmation email that has a link you go to to cancel your reservation if it dosent work you have to call the main number

Have you tried the confirmation email they sent you? I think there is a way there. Or possibly calling the main phone number?
