Dry burnt over done pizza and bread. There is no sauce on it. They were 35 minutes late with the delivery. Very over priced for what I received . I called them to tell them this and was on hold for 20 minutes so the phone finally just disconnected!!! Kept calling back and waiting on hold, in total I called 5 times. One for 9 minutes, another for 7, then I stopped hanging up and calling back and just waited for 20 min be for it disconnected. Called again for three minutes and someone answered! I said hello and then they hung back up! I called again one more time and a guy answered again, he did not care about my complaints or bad experience. He told me “ya we don’t give refunds and would not speak to me. I had to get in the car to drive down there and see a completely empty store. The guy kept telling me I didn’t order from them and I’m not in the system, I showed my receipt to to him and he said oh yes here you are in the system magically entered you right now. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This is ridiculous!!! I want my refund no matter what!! Rude Nothing that happened was of acceptable for a company. I hope they call and resolve this issue with me. Update- Today is Tuesday and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have called repeatedly every single day. Not one person will answer the phone and when I go down there and leave messages for managers and owners I hear absolutely nothing back. This is truly the worst customer service I have absolutely ever EVER had!!!!! What a chump piece of lazy work that the owner can’t call me or have a manager call me!!!!! I will not stop showing up or called or leaving reviews until I get my refund even if it takes a year because this is definitely the most ridiculous thing is have ever seen from a company, let alone actual adults!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. They gave me a pizza with blocks of cream cheese and onions- not what I ordered. I tried for 3 weeks to get a refund for a terribly wrong pizza (that the employees said would be refunded.) And I even got confirmation from the manager that same night for a full refund.. but then the next day the GM wouldn't allow it to be processed. I tried contacting the GM multiple times and he refused to speak with me. Any amount of money spent on this chain is a waste.

Don't bother ordering from here and go to another pizza shop that has a shred of self-respect. The pizza wasn't any better than a Little Ceasars or Domino's. First and last time I'll be getting food from here. I truly don't know how they stay in business with the terrible reviews I have read and from my experience. Ordered a bubba bread and a sausage, onion, and mushroom pizza and they forgot the onions and mushrooms. I heard the guys talking about messing up the order as they reviewed the ticket when I arrived. They didn't bother to try and fix the pizza, or compensate me for the mess up, instead I paid full price and still gave them a decent tip. I called after I got home to talk with someone and the phone wasn't answered after 6 mins so I hung up and came here to leave a review. Sad to see that a local pizza shop can't do the simple things to improve service and quality.
