I am 14 years old and a complete beginner to dance. How much would it cost to join a beginner class, and do you have any with kids my age?

Dance Connection is definitely less expensive than other studios in the area. Pay them a visit and talk to the instructors and staff. You'll find them very welcoming and friendly. Our daughter takes classes there and loves it.
