The apartment itself is nice; everything feels new and it has all the amenities you need (gym, pool, dog park). However, they seem to have given up on preventing crime. Their mailroom uses a locker system where you (ideally) can get your package from a secured locker but they fill up quickly and the carriers leave the packages on the floor. This leads to people stealing your packages and opening them to see what's inside. And with all that, the locker system costs $125 a year. Homeless people are often spotted inside the building and sleeping in the stairwells. People from all around the neighborhood use the dog park and pool whenever they want. This place is otherwise great but with how much rent is (plus they raise it 15%+ per year) I would expect basic security to be in place or at least be able to receive mail securely.

Absolutely love the location and the complex is amazing! I recently moved to Denver which was very stressful but Justin and the rest of the team help make the transition smooth and easy. Couldn't be happier with my experience here!

Love love love element 47. So clean, quiet, safe, and centrally located to everything you need. Close to park for lunch time walks, and quick drive to sloans lake, target, grocery, and lo-hi bars and restaurants. Accessibility to 1-25 is also a huge plus. Maintenance is quick whenever we have had any issues, and super helpful. Would give 10 stars if I could!
