2828 Zuni is an all-around great property. My roommate and I felt the listing matched all of our requirements with in-unit laundry, apartment gym, and parking (+Street parking). Since living here they have updated security in the parking garage with new doors, and always remind you of the Front Range Patrol Security which is one call away if you need help. The location is lovely with many coffee shops and stores close by. I have nothing but great things to say about the leasing and maintenance staff. I can see myself living here for awhile!
