No. THC can't be shipped out of state no matter in what form. CBD's are legal everywhere but THC isn't and it will come in a massive fine and will be seized and confiscated.

No THC product can leave the state and they would put their licence at risk to do so. I'd recommend a nano-CBD cream ordered online.
