I moved into Everleigh Central Park in July of 2021. From the outset the entire Everleigh team went out of their way to make sure every possible need of the residents were taken care of. The property is immaculate, any maintenance issue is resolved immediately, and there are numerous activities should one want to become involved in the community. Everleigh is not just an apartment community it is a home. Thank you to everyone for making this such a positive experience.

Please be careful, cars are getting broken into weekly. I had to pay 350.00 to repair the damages from attempt break in and another resident told me she paid 450.00 two weeks prior for the same issue. I contacted the manager and told her about the incident but it seemed like she wasn’t to concern she said, “it was out of her hands, that I had to contact the police and file a report.” I was very disappointed that the manager didn’t seem to care too much, I felt she should be a little more concern and proactive since this is a recurring incident on the apartments property. The company should pay for security to protect the vehicles that are parked on the property.

Visiting a resident of this senior community you notice that the building is well maintained and tastefully designed. The appointments are big enough but not huge. It appears there are many amenities as well.
