This agency went from a 2 star to 5 star because they are asking their employees to leave fake 5 star reviews this is still one of the worst home care agency’s everyone knows that these reviews are fake

My mother was left a whole Saturday alone because the aide that was supposed to cover never showed up. I called and called and called and they kept telling me that someone will call me. Around 4 I eventually got a call just to tell me that allegedly the aide went and rang the bell. Mind you my mother is blind and needed to eat, drink her meds and use the bathroom. They are quick to charge my mothers HMO to get paid but couldn't find a replacement for my mother. All that advertising on the radio for nothing. Poor service provided by this agency.

Best company ever I encourage people work for Platinum I worked with them for a couple years I was really satisfied no stress between me us. I don’t have a word to tell about a kindly person who I meet in my professional life Mrs Hanna. I love my bosses they are wonderful they work with u on scheduling clients and help u when u need help they always answer the phone when u need help!! Everything was so great loved working with the company and everyone was very nice and professional. Was very much positive and caring about there employees.
