If you are looking for a good service please don't look for this agency. The service of the hha is not good . They come to the home to kill the time and don't care about the service .

Work at special touch, I truly don’t like it at all the paychecks I get is very low, I try’s to tell them that can I get longer hours and told me no. So it’s whatever I am not going to waste my time at all, because all of these agencies are terrible. All these coordinates tells us that we get unions and benefits and you seem happy and all, but when you start working in these agencies they give you less days, no overtime, no sick pay days, no holiday pays either. Don’t waste your time doing home care. Every time I calls the coordinator they never pick up their phone, and don’t tell you that does the patient has pets? Like it’s so unprofessional when the coordinators don’t tell you these things all these home cares are so not worth it

I applied with this company last weeks and they told me they would call me in 3 to 4 days but they didn’t. When I called to check the status of my application she told me that the system rejected it and never gave me a valid reason she just said it can be multiple reasons . A waste of time I need a job like yesterday 🙄
