Making the decision to get home health care is never an easy one but my parents are glad that they chose Touching Hearts at Home NYC. All of the caregivers have been caring, friendly, supportive and helpful. Although the Covid restrictions have been difficult, the caregivers have kept us not only safe and healthy but happy as well. It's a great support for us!

My mother needed home health care and we were wondering how it would work as COVID hit the neighbourhood hard. The good news is that the caregivers and care manager of Touching Hearts NYC did an excellent job of handling the situation with none of our family members getting infected. The caregivers are always very kind and attentive, often going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my mother’s experiences are as positive as possible. If there are ever any problems at all the caregivers are quick to respond and resolve. Now my mother is looking forward to resumption of social activities when situation permits!
