I have been living here for 1-1/2 months and I have two issues with my new apartment which have been virtually ignored. The stove continues to heat up to a high degree no matter what I set it at. This makes baking virtually a hit-or-miss affair. The second issue is that some former resident used a wheel chair to open the bedroom door so that it is riddled with tire tread marks as well as a hole in the hollow core door which must have been made by some sharp instrument ripping the thin wall of the outside of the door. I have asked NUMEROUS TIMES for these to be fixed, especially the door, which makes the apartment seem shabby. I've taken to leaving messages on their answering machine since my three visits to the manager only get a "we'll paint it this week", only it's never done. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to live.
