Unprofessional leasing agents. Was visiting out of town and had appointment scheduled for noon, there was no one to let me in me i to show me around. After contacting the phone number provided and texting a robot while waiting over an hour and I just decided to leave without getting a tour. What’s the point of appointment if you’re not gonna have anyone to help. Waste of time!!!

My boyfriend and I moved here from Texas and have been residents for almost a year now. We absolutely love it here! The location is great for us and the price is very reasonable compared to other places in the area. The office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They made the move in process so easy. I also LOVE their transparency and honest about certain units. Maintenance is always on top of requests and will likely fix things the following day. They have cleaners come almost every morning. I have never once seen a mess in the building. The building is also very secure. I have never once seen any random homeless people wandering through the building. We do have to share the laundry facility with other residents and on occasion have had our clothes removed from dryers even tho they were not left in very long. Sometimes residents can be loud in the hallways late at night. These are probably the main issues we have had, but they aren’t bad enough that it would make me want to live elsewhere. We are now in the process of transferring units and will definitely be residents here for awhile.

Waiting on an approval or denial but, that’s out of the leasing agents jurisdiction. Tenaka was very very pleasant, by far made the experience super comfortable, she was super friendly and made everything a great experience. I don’t remember the other ladies name but she was nice too. I’d recommend this place due to the friendliness of the staff, and how quick they are to take care of people.

Have lived here for about a year and just renewed my lease. I haven't had a single problem since I first moved in, but I get the feeling if I did have a problem the staff would take care of it quickly since they’re easy to reach and seem to care. Units are nice, gym is nice, neighbours seem nice. Only 1 real con I have for this community is no private outdoor space.
